Fuchsia Shaw delivers to customers worldwide. We aim to ship within 1 working day of your order being placed. (With the exception of orders including items on pre-order).

UK SHIPPING

All items are currently shipped with the Royal Mail first class recorded.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders to the EU are shipped Royal Mail International tracked and signed with a 3-5 working day delivery aim. Orders to the USA/Australia and rest of the world have a 5-7 working day delivery aim. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees and please be aware that sometimes customs may delay delivery slightly. 

United Kingdom

Royal Mail First class signed for (next day delivery aim, not a guaranteed service) 

Europe 

Royal Mail Tracked and signed (3-5 working day delivery aim)

Rest of the world including USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.

Royal Mail Tracked/Signed for service (5-7 working day delivery aim)

EXCHANGES

If you'd like to exchange your item please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your piece. We are happy to assist - info@fuchsiashaw.com

RETURN POLICY

Fuchsia Shaw accepts unwashed, unworn and undamaged garments, with tags attached, for a full refund within 14 days from delivery date. The postage/shipping costs are deducted from the refund.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Email info@fuchsiashaw.com to request a return and receive the returns address. Once your return is received, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment on file.

RETURNED TO SENDER/REFUSED ITEMS 

Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to us. We will cancel the order unless the customer would still like to receive it and will therefore need to pay for new shipping
