INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders to the EU are shipped Royal Mail International tracked and signed with a 3-7 working day delivery aim. Orders to the USA/Australia and rest of the world have a 5-10 working day delivery aim. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees and please be aware that sometimes customs may delay delivery slightly.

To return from within the UK, please use our UK returns portal.

Once your return is received, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment on file. For any concerns, please email info@fuchsiashaw.com
RETURNED TO SENDER/REFUSED ITEMS
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to us. We will cancel the order unless the customer would still like to receive it and will therefore need to pay for new shipping
